Pre-Orders are an estimate and time frames can vary anywhere from 2-5 weeks. We apologise in advance if you experience any delays with pre-orders.
Pre-Orders are non-refundable, however we can offer you a store credit.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
Australian Orders: Most orders will arrive within 7 business days. However please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
International Orders: Please contact us for international shipping options
COVID-19: Australia Post is currently experiencing some delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network. As well as fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online. These delays can be up to a few days and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time.
Unfortunately from time to time extended delays can occur in transit which are out of our control. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel after 14 days, please contact our customer service team via email firstname.lastname@example.org or our 'Contact Us' page so that we can investigate further.
Returns and Refunds
We offer exchange, store credit and refunds strictly within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Worn and/or washed clothing or accessory of any type will not be valid for a return.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases, only exchange or store credit.
Please ensure your details such as full address are entered correctly at checkout prior to completing your order, as input errors such as incorrect address and/or missing house/apartment numbers will not be valid for a refund of your order.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and any returns or refunds are at the customers shipping expense.
